Purpose. This application ("the App") is the Club's internal sports management tool: membership management, training sign-ups and attendance, internal communications and participation features. The App has been created exclusively for CTT L'Hospitalet and for the use of its members, coaches and authorised staff.
Access and use. Access requires personal, non-transferable credentials provided by the Club. Users agree to use the App diligently and for its intended purpose. The following are expressly prohibited: (a) unauthorised access or attempted access to other users' accounts or restricted areas; (b) tampering with, altering or reverse-engineering the App; (c) extracting, copying or disclosing other members' personal data; and (d) any fraudulent or unlawful use or use contrary to these terms. Breaches may result in immediate revocation of access, disciplinary measures under the Club's statutes and, where appropriate, legal action.
Intellectual property. The App's software, design and contents are the work of its developer and are licensed for the exclusive use of the Club. Reproduction, copying, distribution, commercialisation or reuse of the App, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the Club and the developer. The Club's trademarks and logos are its property.
Liability. The App is provided "as is", as an internal tool with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The Club is not liable for damages arising from use contrary to these terms or from information entered by users. Spots, schedules and activities shown are informative and may change.

Data we process: (a) identification and contact details (name, surname, date of birth, address, ID/CatSalut/passport, phone, email); (b) parents' or guardians' details for underage members; (c) bank details (IBAN) for membership fee direct debits; (d) sports activity data (groups, sign-ups, attendance, playing level, internal scores); and (e) for the Parkinson's programme, health data (disease stage and monitoring centre), processed only with your explicit consent and to properly organise the activity.
Purposes and legal basis: managing the membership relationship (registrations, fees, communications), organising training sessions and controlling attendance and capacity, and running internal participation features (rankings, badges), based on the performance of the membership relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), the Club's legitimate interest in sports management (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
Retention: while you remain a member and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal obligations. You may request erasure at any time.
Recipients: we do not share your data with third parties. Our web hosting provider (within the EU) acts as data processor. Rankings and attendee lists within the App only show your first name and initials to other members, and you can opt out from your profile.
Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rrss@cttlhospitalet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security: PINs and passwords are stored irreversibly encrypted, all communication uses HTTPS, the database is kept outside the web root, and notification content never passes through third-party servers.
The App only uses technical session cookies (to keep you signed in) and a language preference cookie, plus browser local storage for form drafts and preferences. We use no tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. That is why no cookie consent banner is required: technical cookies are exempt.
